The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time. Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped within the United States using U.S. Priority Mail where possible. Canadian orders will be shipped by international airmail. Other international orders will be sent by U.S. Global Priority Mail where possible. Damaged Shipments. Please contact us if you receive a damaged order so that we can replace it. Return Merchandise Policy. If an error is made in filling your order, Scripture Mastery Resources will provide the correct items ordered at no charge to you. Please contact us or by telephone (703-866-9414) to discuss returning incorrect products. We offer a money-back guarantee on all of our products; however, you must contact Scripture Mastery Resources prior to returning any products. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). To request an RA#, please contact us by email or telephone. All return requests must be received within 30 days of our shipping date to you. Returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition (with the exception that the original shrinkwrapping may be broken), with all packaging, manuals, accessories, and software, as appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. |
